Does it have to be online? I find good deals in Dollar Tree and Big Lots stores.

what kind? is making themyourself an option? you can get a clearanced piece of felt at any of the fabric stores, cut little shapes (circles, fish, flowers or whatever crosses your fancy)....just cut two pieces the same...hand sew (or machine if you have one) about a half inch in from the end with a plain in and out stitch...get near the end and then fill the inside with catnip...finsih sewing close...

you can make watever you want...and then to add to it, put yarn or something at the end (you can sew this in with a needle or sew it in before you sew it close) for a long string...or sew a small bell to the end.

you can get everything at joann's....even better if you take one of their coupons for 40% off an item....

or if you dont want felt, take an old tshirt and use that....any petsmart or petco you can get the catnip from ...maybe even walmart...definately on line

I recently saw the cutest cat toys made from infant socks. Put catnip and some fiberfill inside, then sew up the top. Some of the socks had a little ribbon or feathers sewn on top too, but that's optional.

I crumple up an expired coupon and it entertains my cats for hours .. also the blue tear thingy from the top of the milk container .. I'm too cheap to buy toys for my cats

Isn't that the truth?! Our cats love the blue tear thingy from the milk too! As well as scrunched up pipe cleaners and ping pong balls.

And hair ties! they are always stealing my hair ties. and somehow they a;ways end up in the water dish.
