They did send home 2 meds, One is to help with the vomiting and the other is a antibiotic.
They did blood work and xrays.
Everything was clear at first, then they called and said she they found a small something on her spleen. They said it doesn't have anything to do with current sickness however American Bulldogs in mid life are prone to get tumors and we need to have that looked at when Lucky's feeling better.
Yesterday morning she finally started eating and stopped pucking. She wouldn't eat rice or chicken. So I started offering her other stuff. She ate sliced deli ham and steak. I know the deli ham isn't the best thing for her but I wanted to get some protein in her. She was trying to be a little social last night by sitting at the end of the couch hanging with us. So I think she's on the mend. It was really nice to finally see her eat something. It broke my heart seeing her like that.
Thanks for all the support.

No, if you bulk up the stool, it will make them want to go.
I really would stay away from the ham. It can cause pancreatitis which will only compound your problems.
As an aside, one of the vets we work with has a sign above her desk: "Support your local veterinarian, get a bulldog."I'm forever talking people out of getting them. Yes, they are cute, but man-the health problems!
