Purina one Dog Food

The small dog food bags were 12.97 at my walmart yesterday. Still to much even with the coupon.

I normally use mine at Walmart on the smaller size bags. I havent really shopped around too much for the BEST price though, because walmart is like $2.xx-$3.xx after coupon for the small bags (3 1/2pound bag I think the size is) , which I think is a good price. You might want to check out kmart if they are doubling in your area and what coupon value they are doubling to, if you have $2 coupons, I hear some stores are doubling the $2 sometimes. I know they have a doubling going on right now,but not sure of the values this time.

Harris Teeter has the 4lb bags of Purina One Dog/Cat food on sale for $6. this week (with your Vic card), or $3/bag after coupon

Publix has Purina ONE Cat food for 2/$10. It does say "save up to 3.98 on 2" I'm assuming you actually have to buy 2 to get this deal. (correct me if I'm wrong).

But in any case it would only come out to $2/bag with two of those $3 coupons. They are the 3.3 or 3.5 lb bags.

the smallest/cheapest bag I saw today at my Bi-Lo was 9.25.
a decent deal if it were to go BOGO... 3.25/2 bags. but, if that will ever happen, IDK.

I normally get my purina food at Target, they sometimes have sales, or coupon.
I don't go to Walmart very often - our store is always out of name brand products.

Purina One is always expensive
I would just hold on to them until there is a sale(I actually am holding on to a few).

You can email Purina and request coupons. They send 2 coupons for any Purina dog and I think cat food and sure what the size is. I use Purina Proplan and my friend uses both Purina Pro Plan or Purina One. We have working dogs so we feed a good quality dog food. I have found the best price if I work it right at Petco with a $5/$25 or $10/$50 combined with a coupon. I also joined there frequent feeder program and get a free bag for every 10. I think Petco has done away with that for new Petco Pal members.

:hectic1:I wish I had read this sooner. I was very fortunate to be able to use my $3 q for Purina One Cat food at Publix. The sale was from 6/4 - 6/10 and the small bags of cat food (3.5 lb) which are usually $7.29 were on sale for $5.00 each! A couple of people gave me there q's so I was able to get 4 bags of cat food for a total of $8.00 (i.e. $2.00 each)! Practically 4 for the price of 1!!!

Ok, you may also want to check Petco if you have one in your area (online ordering is good for some things but it can get pricey for food because of shipping costs). They have decent prices for members in-store and about once a month or so they will email you a coupon for $10 off of $50 or something like that. And, although I'm not sure of the particulars, they do keep track of your "food" purchases and you get rewarded for those purchases.

I was at Super Target today and saw Purina One Healthy Dog (in the white bag) on clearance for $9.?? in the med sized bag - about 8 lbs? I passed by since I don't usually pay that much for dog food. I usually get the Purina small bites at Walmart for cheap or free. We also supplement her diet with Petfresh when I can get it cheap/free.

I haven't tried Petco, but thanks for the info! I'll keep my eyes out for deals there!
