we have a pot belly pig, so you can imagine how easy it is to feed that! LOL Her name is Emma. she is about 3 yrs old. we have 5 dogs and an inside cat also. i try to take advantage of all the cheap pet food i can for these guys. Everyone gets leftovers, but Emma gets first choice since i don't buy food for her, but the dogs get dog food and the cat gets cat food and he only gets cat food. the dogs will get leftovers after i think emma has had enough. she doesn't really need much a day, but i give her a reasonable amount anyway. she lets you know if she hasn't had enough! she doesn't think there is any reason to be on a diet. once in awhile, we don't have leftovers, so she gets a scoop of dog food. she likes it just as much as the dogs do, she thinks she is a dog anyway! when she gets loose, she hangs with the dogs, sleeps with them, eats with them, even pushes them out of the way so she can steal their food! she managed to get out of her pen a couple of weeks ago. we had been out shopping and came home to a horrible tomato mess on my porch! i had just purchased 32 lbs of tomatoes to can. she ATE EVERY LAST ONE! and left a juicy mess ALL OVER my porch! ugh! i was so upset! i had spent $16 on those! my hubby wants to get rid of her but i brought her home with me from Michigan a few years ago as just a baby! i had also purchsed a fish tank, a 55 gallon one and put sawdust in the bottom for her and put her in it. somehow, she managed to climb out while i was driving through chicago! my kid was asleep all the while this little piglet is squealing up a storm! i had a hard time waking her to get it back in its "tank"! I should have known she would be trouble for the rest of her life! LOL i love her though. She is entirely black, XCEPT in the very middle of her nose, there is a pink heart shape mark! its sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute! sorry this was sooo long! BUT i HAD to share!
