Competitor Coupons from Waldbaums @ Pathmark?

I was hoping someone might know the answer to this . . .

I know that while Pathmark and Waldbaums are related they are run as two separate chains. Waldbaums now accepts both competitor coupons and Internet coupons.

I would like to buy the Kraft cheese on sale for $1.97 - $1/2 coupon at Pathmark.


I have (2) $5 off your next order coupons from Waldbaums and I would use them to cover the difference after the manufactures coupons.

Does Pathmark take the Catalina $ off your next order as competitors coupons and if they do . . . would I need to add additional items to my order to have one coupon per item?

As far as I know the Pathmarks in Suffolk County, LI do NOT take competitor's coupons.

I would wait until next week's Waldbaums circular comes out (tomorrow, Thursday) and see if the Kraft cheese is on sale there. I have noticed that some of the sale items are often 1 week apart in the two stores.

Thanks Barb. I know Pathmark and Waldbaums tend to flip ads. My OYNO coupons expire the 14th so I hope they are on sale starting Friday. I like to buy the cheese in bulk and freeze it.
