It is regional. All of the ones I go to double as many as I have, too. I'm on Long Island.

Went to Pathmark before lunch today. The store is using the $1.88 price for the Kellogg's cereals (back page of overwrap) and $2.48 price for the Turkey Hill ice cream (back page of overwrap).

Bought 5 packages of Sargento shredded cheese, reg price $3.69 (total reg price $18.45), sale price $2.00 each (total sale price $10.00)

Used 2 $.50/1 insert coupons and one $.50/1 store coupon (doesn't double).

Also bought a gallon of milk and some gum for dd14.

Paid with a $8.00 cat and a $2.50 granola bar cat (from this past week). OOP $1.59. Received $5.00 cat :)

I would have gotten a YoCrunch yogurt but didn't have that coupon with me. This is what I will do next time:

4 Sargento shredded ($14.76 reg, $8.00 sale)
1 Yo Crunch ($1.09 reg, $.60 sale)
_______
$15.85 reg, $8.60 sale

use
2 $.50/1 Sargento insert coupons
1 $.50/1 Sargento store coupon (won't double)
1 $.25/1 Breyers yogurt store coupon (won't double)
_____
$5.85 oop, get $5.00 cat

Rinse and repeat :)


I'm going to come up with a Kellogg/Keebler scenario too. Like I need more cereal in the basement! Probably time for another food closet run...

Luckymama, Why in both of you cheese runs are you only using 2 insert and 1 store coupon??? How come you didn't use 5 and 4 for the amount of product you have??? Thanks

There are more items with Bonus Bucks tags in the stores that are not mentioned in the circular.

My store was way too crowded and the register lines were neverending when I stopped in - so I just did a little browsing to try and plan deals.

There are many other Kellogg's cereals with Bonus Bucks shelf tags for the Kellogg's Keebler deal - no other sale products, but full priced items. Didn't commit any to memory.

The Keebler fudge shop cookies (can definitley confirm Grasshoppers, since my daughter loves these and I'm always looking for sales) have BB shelf tags. At my store regular price for the cookies were $4.19.

The Cheezits that are on sale (larger boxes, 10-16 oz) also have BB tags. In my store regualr price was $4.49.

Both of these items are around 1/2 regular price on sale so would cause those regular price totals of $30 to add up pretty quickly.

Attempt at your own risk I haven't tried it yet. Just passing on my observations.

I shop at the Aramingo PM too and I seem to have the worse luck. They scrutinize my coupons and sometimes call over Kara (front end mgr). I swear she knows me by sight and HATES me.

The rule is supposed to be that they will double 4, but the register won't stop doubling at 4. They would have to make it stop doubling.

I'm not sure about this, but maybe she meant that the sale price is $2.48 (but cat will still print off of shelf price). Earlier in the thread, they discussed the fact that the ad listed 2 different sale prices for the Ice Cream. Not sure, but that was the impression I got.

Also, for the 7oz Success Rice listed:

A $1/1 coupon came out the week before last I believe. Don't know if it was regional, but I'm in Philly.

I'm new to this forum but when you say double, is it automatic once they scan the coupon? Or does the cashier need to scan the coupon twice?
