In other words, you couldn't do a DOUBLE General Mills transaction and get TWO cats at the same time. (Sometimes that happens at Acme, btw)
But you can do as many separate transactions as you'd like. These cat deals are unlike the cumulative free turkey or free milk deals, for example, which run for a longer period
I've done four identical GM transactions so far, and will go once again tomorrow
