Whoops 250 for 2hours was for frozen chicken into the oven ...eeek
London Broil would be about 250 for 30minutes to thaw in oven and then bake until I poke it and its done!lol yeah if thawed in fridge i just use the broiler real quick on each side but i hate cleaning my broiler:(
