SuperFresh ~ trying to figure out a weird thing that happened when doubling my coupon

I bought the Quaker True delight snacks that were on sale for $1.50. I used a $.75/1 Q. It took off $.75 and then $.47, that only adds up to $1.21. I had 3 of these and it happened on each one. By the time I figured out what was wrong, I was at my car and I wasn't going back in to maybe get $.90 back, but I'm just trying to understand what happened.

I will keep the receipt and ask the next time I'm in there. I KNEW my total was too high!

Did you buy something else made by Quaker like Aunt Jemima that the coupon company code matched to?

I heard they wer programmed that way to make up for all of the overage we've been getting over the years.

Did the True Delights ring up for $1.50 or a little less? One of my small independent local stores only gives you as much as the item is worth, no overage.

You figured it out!!! I bought the oatmeal, and that was $1.11, right? Although, it still doesn't add up, but I'm sure that is the reason.
