The issues I have at Odenton are:
1. getting rainchecks - no one is at customer service
2. cashiers understanding coupons and rainchecks at check out
3. having a person at self checkout who knows how to process rainchecks.
Just wanted to know if anyone has had any negative or positive experiences at the Odenton, MD Superfresh? Does anyone have any ideas for this store???

Is this the one on 175? I've been there only twice. I noticed the sale things I went there for were out of stock but were available at Glen Burnie. That's all I remember though.
yes, its the one on 175.
Its an ok store, if you can ever find someone at CS.
I see managers always doing resets for the next weeks sale.
They do run out of stuff, but its not as bad as other stores.
I haven't had a very good experiences there. The CS is pretty rude and very slow.
I stopped going to this store about two years ago... there was a older woman who worked the self-checkout who was such a *****.. She'd open the coupons box in the midst of an order and go through each coupon. Went elsewhere! I go to the Superfresh in Silver Spring (cherry hill road) where the employees are always courteous and pleasant to deal with! That store could take lessons from the Silver spring store.
I have ran into that same lady twice now LOL I actually like the store, the late hours are perfect for me to go shopping after hubby is home and kids are in bed, I rarely find items out of stock and if they are I just come back later in the week, and other than that one "special" cashier the other employees have been very friendly and helpful with my coupons - although I am sure I humor them fussing at the self check out machine lol
I do agree with Customer Service though, it takes forever to get someone to help you
well, there ya go.... I guess we'll have to see if our "feedback" is turned into a positive shopping experience.
I have shopped there nearly every Friday morning for the last 4 years. There have been some bumps, but mostly I enjoy shopping there. The only problem is that the tags are often not up on the first day until late into mid morning. I like to go early after I drop my son off at school and I always have to have my ad and try and figure out which items are on sale. I go to self check out and double check and see if the item says CS if not sure. It's not really a fun experience doing that. I'd rather just have the sales tags up early rather than worry that I'm getting the wrong item.
