SuperFresh ~ Problem with Velveeta CAT

Last week I got a Catalina slip advertising a deal where if you buy 2 or more Velveeta Shells & Cheese cups, you'd get a $1 CAT (ran from around the middle of August to early Sept). I tried it today (with a B1G1 Q) and didn't get a CAT. Went to CS and they tried it at another register just ringing up to cups & no Q's, still no CAT. I still had the slip (thankfully) so she gave me a raincheck for the $1. Beware - if I hadn't had the slip I don't think I'd have gotten my $1!

A CAT not printing out at Superfresh, what are the odds? I have so many problems with Superfresh. This last time I called Catalina and they looked for my transaction. They saw the transaction before me and then the one after me, but did not see my transaction. I had to fax my receipt out to them and then they called back and said that they are sending out my CAT via mail. Call Catalina and read the receipt to them and see why the velvetta CAT didn't print out. I swear, I think they turn off their connection to Catalina on purpose sometimes. Has onyone else had problems at Superfresh? (Significantly more than other stores)
