thank you so much, I didnt think there was but I did here one of the cashiers tell another that I was the one who got away with the tide misprint(bought 7 tides for 4.99 and recieved a 10.00 cat) and I was back again .I think i will call catalina
if last week is any indication, ENDLESSLY! Often the managers say these things as their logical attempt to reason out the problem. Though it's a nice try they have been wrong every time they tell me this. I'd call Cataline first and see if they can fix this.
Last week I did 8 transaction in 1.5hrs at one store (4 trips with a split order) with the understanding that there isn't a limit built into the cards, and that's how it worked. I think one of a few things happened:
1- the Cataline was turned off or down for some reason (happened to me last wk when they fed me the same line as you)
2- Incorrect items purchased (even the best of us do this! Somehow I had a Duncan Hines frosting sneak into my Betty Crocker and lost $15!)
3- Incorrect total to generate CAT (miscalculate total)
4- Item not programmed appropriately to generate a CAT
How I do my thing is this:
1- Have cashier ring order. When they say "Do you have a super card?" I say yes- may I please get a subtotal first though? This way (hopefully) they will refrain from entering it to 'help out'...which isn't a help if your working on a 15% off certificate!
2- When they are done ringing ask them to hit subtotal (at least that's what I think I need done to have a total show on the receipt of shelf price.) This will help you be SURE you hit the $$ you need for the deal.
3- Then give card, then coupons, then cats.
You can call CATALINAT 1-888-8coupons. Which reminds me I need to call them now!...![]()

After a week, we are still tired of jetlag. I pulled my 2 kids to superfresh today to get essentiels like milk and bread. Have to get ready for school too.
I bought more than $12 worth of stonyfield farm yogurt , but the $3 cat did not print out. I don't have the energy to go to CS. I will just call Catalina tomorrow.
I bought the ones that tagged for BB, blue berry, strawberry and Brown cow greek yogurt.
Ok I noticed this yesterday we may not be able to get over to SF but thought it might help someone:)
At Giant Pa produce section months ago there was an organic foods booklet one of the coupons was for $1/4 Stoneyfield yogurt coupons :)
So if you still have any of these (they expire august 31st!) it would make the deal even sweeter:)
Stonyfield Farm Spend $12 get $3.00 OYNO:
Stonyfield Organic Yogurt 6 oz $.50
buy 10=$5 buy 12=$6 sale price,
