I did run into trouble at one store (as usual) where the CAT machine was down. Has anyone else had this happen? You know the deal, they don't believe you are owed the bucks off retail, and then it's because you got an offer today already and it won't spit more than one per card etc etc. Won't go back there again!

Yes, I had to go to CS and luckily she just scanned one Ziploc and one Fiber One until it generated the Cats. I did not get the $2.50 cat for the 4 BC fruit snacks, but I too want to fly under the radar.

I also had this problem: You know the buy 4 GM Fiber One get get a Fiber One Granola Bar free? I did this deal and it did NOT deduct the value of the bars on my order, so not free. I had to get a refund for the bars at CS.

I also did not get the credit for the Fiber One bars.

The SC Johnson deal is "Acme silly" if you use the Oust B1G1F coupons that you mentioned earlier and $1/1 Ziploc tearpads.

I attempted to do two $20 SC Johnson deals in one order ($40 value). This did not work, I received $10 back.

I believe there are some bonus buck offers that allow more then one 'buck' per order because when French's mustard was on sale, and I had the coupons to make it free, I got 8 at once and got 4 $1 Cats

Trying to get more than one catalina on "purchase $xx or more, get $yy" will never work.

Trying to get more than one catalina on "purchase x (or xx) item(s), get $yy" will always work, except for when they a) advertise Limit n, and b) enforce it.

I did this today and it really does print all the CATS! I used:
.40 on one Betty Crocker Q (on the dinosaure fruit snacks) and the .50/2Q
.70/2 Nature Valley Q and .50/1 Dark Choc or Cran Pom. Q
B1G1 Oust Q (Which is not only an easy way to make a MM order but since the Q is off retail you are even further ahead. 3.99 Q value gets you 2 Ousts for 2.01- but it counts as 7.98 toward your total!:hectic1:

Our store takes any Q's like $5/$40 off last:( Which is useless because then they say Oh look your total is below $40 sorry you can't use this coupon...grrr Wrote and called corporate. On the phone corporate agreed with me but they hadn't given me any written confirmation. When I pushed for a letter they called me back and said they informed the store to not take that kind of coupon until everything else was off ie. any coupons!!!

Oh:sad: Well, here's what I noticed. The cashier could NOT scan that darn coupon before my card- it wouldn't scan. So I asked for a subtotal, then my card. Then, even when the sales total was below $40 it scanned fine. Once I did have a girl say it wasn't $40 and I politlely told her "Oh, I think it's off retail. It's been fine up until now off of retail." That was it, she scanned it and it went through no problem.

Then I gave my coupons. My total after coupons was about $25 average and still scanned off the $5/40. I think it depends on the cashier. I hope you find a coupon fan!:hectic1: That one store I mentioned gave me real grief, but the other one is heaven! They are happy for me to get deals, and the customers in line are too (probebly because I am not being treated like a criminal and having to wait a long time for over rides). Not ONE overide needed!
