A&P ~ Problems with IP's at Old Lyme, CT A&P

Tried to use (2) IP's at the Old Lyme A&P today and was rudely told that the company has never allowed IP's and that if I have used them in the past that I shouldn't. No one in the store could produce a store or company policy. In 2 years have never had anyone blink an eye when it came to IP's. Hmmm....could it be that it is triple coupon week. Any problems anywhere else. Ann

A&P and Superfresh do not allow IPs and never have as far as I know. It's a shame they were rude about it, though.

You know, I only learned this recently because I had been using them with no problem at the self checkout.
