A&P/SuperFresh ~ Question: A&P ~ Triple Coupons???

I have been so happy to get all of the $1 doubles that now I am wondering if anyone knows when A&P will have triples again? TIA!

I have no idea. I'm actually wondering if they'll do away with the triples and do the double dollars instead. Since they eat the cost of the double and triple I wonder if they wanted to see if doubling dollars would be cheaper for them than tripling qs up to 99 cents. The last triple coupons they did have seemed to be 2 months ago or so and prior to that, you never had any idea- sometimes it was a few weeks in between, sometimes 2 months.

Given a choice between the 2, I think I actually liked the double dollars best.

Although I love the double dollars, I just hope they dont do away with the triple coupons completely as I have a stack of different .50 off beverage coupons that I have been stockpiling.

I'm torn between the two. I love triples, but dollar doubles was a nice change of pace. It opened up a bunch of new items to get for free (although I never was able to find the Kraft coupon booklet - and not for lack of trying :shrug7:)

I liked double dollars as well. I have a few staples that I like to get w/ the triples so I hope they don't do away with triples!!! A&P is my closest grocery store but I don't think I'll go there much if they don't have triples or double dollars every once in awhile.

Definitely not the norm. Just doubles of coupons .99 and under on a regular basis at my A&P's (Northern NJ). Triples haven't happened in a while but the dollar doubles was a very nice change of pace.

It seems only CT stores do the first 3 triples every week. I work in NY, and they only do doubles, and occasional triples. But my home store in CT triples the first 3 q's every week, and has never done $1 doubles.

My CT store does the weekly 3 triples (use to be 6 years ago) and I love it! I have to make several trips to max out my coupons but its well worth it....
Itll be a sad situation here if they stopped it.

I totally agree (said if they ever stopped it). And I'm SLOWLY getting used to multiple trips - I've done a couple transactions back to back, but I don't really feel comfortable, ya know? They're on my way home from work so I should probably do a trip a night LoL I love the overages too!!
