The raincheck overrides the regular price, so I am pretty sure that the sale price is what will count.

I can speak from experience (already have my $10 coupon for purchasing $75 worth of frozen foods).
Last week I purchased the Totino's pizza rolls on 2 different trips using rainchecks for $1.00. The regular price of $2.49 counted towards the frozen foods total.
Worked perfectly for me - I used lots of rainchecks for frozen items coupled with last week's triple coupons and earned that $10 coupon with hardly anything oop. The regular price on every item for which I used a raincheck counted towards the frozen total - every item that was on sale only had the sale price count towards the frozen total. My rainchecks are put through as 'raincheck' with the total dollar amount being taken off - it is never even linked back to the purchased item on the receipt.
Does any1 have the new sales ad for superfresh that starts on Friday, March 13?
