I tried the Unilever deal at A&P today and got snuffed. I got 5 Skippy, 6 Lipton Side rice, and 4 ICBINB (3 spray and 1 tub). Total slae price was $19.xx and shelf prices were well above $30. I went to CS as I use a lot of the Skippy and ICBINB anyway and she let me take 1 more item to boost the total over $20 sale price. I asked her if they changed to basing it on sale prices and she said it's always been based on sale prices (yeah, right :shrug7:

She took the Extra Crunchy Skippy that I gave her and scanned it 12x which came out to exactly $20 sale price. Lo and behold the Cat still didn't print. I asked her if she wanted to scan another type of Skippy as sometimes some fo the flavors are not programmed and she said that wouldn't have anythng to do with it ( yeah right:) :shrug7:

This was a girl who has worked there at least 3 years.

Unilever worked for me today at regular prices with Meat flavor Ragu, and LIght Hellmans.
Kelloggs worked with regular and Blueberry SPecial K and whole grain cinnamon and sugar poptarts ($1 peelies on them)

I did the Enteman's and ConAgra deals over the weekend (2 Enteman's $5 OOP for $3BB; 2 Wesson Oil 7.99 each reg and 2 Swiss Miss $2.49 each reg, $9.37 OOP for $5BB). I tried the Unilever deal with 2 Breyers, 2 tea bags, and 1 ICBINB, but it didn't work. Didn't notice till I got home that the cashier hadn't given me my receipt, but I'm guessing it's the way the Breyers rang up with B1G1. There wasn't a drop of Dannon left in the store, but they are supposed to have more today.

My Waldbaums ad says limit 1 on the Wesson for $2.88.

Are you lucky enough to have no limit on these? I don't need enough oil to pay $3.99 for bottles 2 and 3 - I'd do it if they were all $2.88.

Unilever deal worked for me with:
4 - Hellmann's Mayo: Regular, 30 oz 4.29 regular, 3.00 sale
4 - Wishbone Bountifuls: Tuscan Romano Basil 3.39 regular, 2.00 sale

Total based on regular prices: 30.72
Total based on sale prices: 20.00

I used (4) .50/1 Hellmann's qs and (4) .60/1 Bountifuls qs for an oop of $11.20, earned $5 BB for a net cost of $6.20. We go through a lot of mayonnaise (especially in the summer) and I was happy to replenish my supply for this price.

** I also got two $2.00 oyno "compliments of Hellmann's" ... at first I thought they had printed from a previous customer's order, but maybe it was my mayo purchases that did it. There's a report earlier in this thread that someone else got one. If it prints a $2 oyno for each 2 you buy, that brings the cost of the mayo down to less than $0.60 each (with .50/1 qs).

I also did the Conagra deal which others have reported:
3 - Wesson Canola Oil 64 oz 7.99 regular, 3.99 sale [2.88 4-day]

Total based on regular prices: 23.97
Total based on sale prices: 10.96
Earned 5.00 BB
Net cost: 5.96 = just under $2 each.

I'm planning on doing this deal again ... even without the 4-day sale, under $2.50 for 64oz the best price I've seen on vegetable oil in ages. I remember sometime last year the really big jugs (124 oz?) went on sale for 3.99, but this is nearly as good. As they say, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
