A&P ~ no triples

Me too. What a disappointment, it seems to me that they're fazing out triples in A&P..

In my ad it says 3 no clip triples. My store is in Mystic Ct.

In Danbury, CT my ad has the 3 no-clip triples too. What does that mean?

Fairly simply - the first 3 coupons they scan (of under $1.00 face value) will automatically triple - all the others will come up doubled (if they offer that - I think they do?).

The CT stores (and one small one in Margaretville NY) do that every week - they were a separate group until recently - the remainder of the New England division.
And it should work on each order, regardless of how many times you go in during the week.

Most of the other A&P's only double regularly, with triples once in a while when it's listed on the ad (seemed to be once a month or so, but keeps changing).

If you're in Danbury I would suggest to go to the one in the plaza with Burlington Coat Factory, not the one by exit 3ish on Main St. I had $.50 Quaker Oatmeal coupons that would have tripled to make the $1.50 canisters free and was told that their policy for an item that will end up free is triple the first coupon, double the 2nd and use the last at face value. No problem at exit 6 either at self scan or regular lines. Also, if you grab some extra flyers, go to Stop and Shop (Danbury and Brookfield) or Shoprite (Brookfield) and they will honor the 3 triple coupons if you give them the lower left bottom of the ad that offers the triples (dates and triple offer). Then you are not limited to just A&P.
