I feel the same way about the promo this time. Even triples last week was pretty much a bust compared to the last time it ran. Maybe the marketing/sales people who determine sales and their prices have a savvy shopper amongst them. Quite a dilemma--great sales for the consumer versus good profits for the company you work for:hectic1:.

I think I may pass on Superfresh this week. I agree about the triples last week. Not many coupons to match up with the sales. They are having 3 weeks of BBs, so maybe next week will be good? There are some Motts qs coming out this weekend so I may consider that.

I did the Kelloggs deal at Weis for the rebate. They are running a similar Dollar Rewards this week like Bonus Bucks. Buy 12 items, get back $10.

The Bonus Bucks deals this week look similar to the deals at Pathmark (owned by A&P also) a couple of weeks ago. So maybe the next deals will be similar also - they had a better Kelloggs deal than the4 BOGO.

I saw people posting about good deals on the Windex and Fantastic that week at Pathmark, but I didn't try it myself.

I agree there aren't many door buster specials, but some deals are pretty good. For me the best deals are the Friskee's canned food (guessing it works out to about $.20/can after sale & BB earnings) and the Pepsi deal using 2-liters and the snack sack. I'll also be doing the Motts deal after the Q's come out Sunday. I can't even buy generic brand at WalMart anymore for that price after BB!

If anyone is brand loyal to Folgers, the large plactic tubs are a pretty good deal. Reg $10.29, on sale $5.99, buy 4 for $23.96 - 4x .25/1 Folgers doubled = $21.96 and get $10 back in register rewards.
I think you could do a combination of SC Johnson products and come out free or almost free after coupons and BB. I know there are b1g1 free pledge, .75/1 windex and .75/1 shout coupons.
Also, the $5 wyb any 3coupon in the insert may make for some good deals if SF carries small packs of Carefree pantyliners, Band-Aids, or maybe even the NeoSporin lip treatment. Anyone know the prices on these? I was so happy to be stocking up on Folgers Gourmet Supreme, I forgot to check on this deal.

Ziploc bags and containers are 2/$4.00, which in my book is not bad if you have the $.55 q's, means each is $.90. I bought 4 boxes of bags and four sets of containers and to my surprise got 2 - $1.50 oyno cat's coutesey of ziploc. Which means in the long run each box or container cost me $.53. I go through the bags like crazy so this is not a bad deal to me.

I did not do the Neosporin, but I did BandAids. Sale $2.50, $1 Q for each. Bought 3 and used the $5 instant Q. Went thru fine. So OOP was $4.50 and scanned the instant Q for an overage of .50.

Another deal I did today that I thought was pretty good if you have dogs. The 20 pound Purina dog chow was on sale for $7.99. Regular price is over $10. Bought one and got the cat for $3 OYNO. In my book $4.99 for dog food is a good deal!
