What is your return policy?
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 90 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 90 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

Victoria’s Secret Egift Cards may only be used online at VictoriasSecret.com.

To use your Gift Card towards an online purchase, enter your Gift Card number and PIN (found on the back of your Gift Card) on the Order Summary and Payment Review page at Checkout. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain on your Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed when using Express Checkout.

Can I return or exchange my internet and catalogue purchases at a store?
Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange merchandise at a Victoria's Secret Store if it was purchased at VictoriasSecret.com or through the catalogue. Detailed instructions along with our mailing address for returns and exchanges can be found at the link below:

Great Information! May I add something to the return policy?
-It also states that Merchandise may not be used or worn, therefore tags are REQUIRED to be attached to their ORIGINAL LOCATION when returned. Untagged merchandise will NOT be returned. Also, if returned with no receipt, you will credited the lowest selling price to each item. (Meaning, if the item that is being returned EVER went on sale, the sale price is the amount of credit you will receive on each item
-When returned with NO receipt or a GIFT Receipt, Credit will be returned in the form of a Store Gift Card.

Does anyone know any names and emails of upper management people who can actually assist you? Calling the 1800 number or emailing the generic email on the vicotria secret website gets you a generic email response - I want to go a notch above a customer service rep - you get alot better outcome and assistance that way but this information is impossible to find online - just like CEO's email - virtually impossible to locate online. Any assistance would be great. :) Thanks.
