FAQ's

Do you accept manufacturer coupons?
Yes, we are happy to accept manufacturer coupons, when the following guidelines are met:

• Coupon must be redeemed prior to the expiration date
• Only one coupon can be applied towards each item
• Coupon must be used for the exact item stated
• Coupon may not be used in conjunction with any other discount offer or offer

Can coupons be printed from Bed Bath & Beyond 's website or sent to me via email?
Bed Bath & Beyond 's in-store, discount coupons can only be received through snail mail. If you would like to receive our circulars and discount coupons, simply click here and sign up on our mailing list: Mailing List Bed Bath and Beyond does not sell personal customer information to any third parties. Ever.

Can coupons mailed to me be used for online purchases?
No. Our coupons are accepted for in-store purchases only and can not be applied via our website .

Do your stores accept expired Bed Bath & Beyond coupons?
Our coupons do have an expiration date and we ask that our customers use their coupons during the event period.

Do you accept competitor's coupons in your stores?
We gladly accept our competitors' coupons for products also available at those competitors. Coupon may not be expired. Exclusions may apply. See store for further details.

Do you price match items I find advertised for less at another website/retail store?
We will gladly match our direct competitors' price on identical items.

Can I return/exchange an item that I ordered online at my local Bed Bath & Beyond store?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges at any of our store locations. Please remember to bring the original packing invoice. Without this form, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit.


Does Bed Bath & Beyond offer Layaway?
Bed Bath & Beyond does not offer a layaway program at this time.

Do online purchases get credited towards my UpromiseTM account or is that only for in-store purchases?
We continue to support UPromiseTM and are thrilled that we can offer our customers' the benefit of a UPromiseTM contribution. Your purchases, both in-store, on our website and via our 800#, will count towards your UPromiseTM account as long as the purchases are made with a registered credit/debit card.
