Old Navy ~ A little upset with Old Navy

So I am a plus sized girl, I will admit it. I will also admit I love, love, love Old Navy's clothes. They have a great line of clothing for the plus size gal that is cute and affordable. However, here is my vent.....all the great coupons I have come across via email are in-store only...well that would be fine and dandy if they even offered the plus sized line in the store, which they do not.

So my question is why would they not allow the use of these coupons online as well as in stores? I am more than upset because I need some clothes and working on a very tight budget here...:(

I've noticed the same thing with the coupons. My son is very slim and OLD NAVY fits him the best. The closest OLD NAVY to us is an hour and a half away. :(

I would suggest to call Old Navy and tell them this. See if they can allow those coupons to be used online. Why is it they do not offer plus sized clothing in stores anyway? Thats weird.

I second the Contact the company. Somewhere in my marketing degree studies, I read that companies know for every 1 person that calls, there are 10 that feel the same way but dont call.

I just quick searched and found an online for 15% off any order.

I think it's most of the time they have sales going on online and not in store with coupons. I just got a 15% off for my bday but not sure if i can use online, it says in store for sure.
I believe my store has plus sizes. Up to xxl I think.
