never really tried to compare price but the chili spiced mango (along with lots of other dried fruits) are great.
frozen fish, and new buffalo burgers great price and very tasty.
and of course the chocolates

I go because the eggs are cheaper and their organic! I also get their brown rice pasta and their brown rice tortillas for my celiac daughter. Both are really good! We also get their enchilada frozen dinners that are made with corn tortillas for pizza nights. I have also found their produce to be really good (tomatoes, onions, baby carrots) and cheaper than my grocery chain. I've slowly been switching over to the hormone free cottage cheese, butter and cheeses. They are cheaper than the grocery store on these things as well.

I like to shop at TJ's because the prices are so good--even with a coupon at the local grocery stores they beat most prices. I like that all of their privately branded food has no artificially colored,flavored or preserved. Their prices on cheese are unbelievable--the brie is at least 3 or more dollars cheaper a pound than whole foods or conventional grocery stores locally. I can walk out with two or three bags of groceries for under 50$ --I can do this at the "regular" grocery store too but I end up with a bunch of preserved HFCS stuff which I try to stay away from.

And I can also say (as a former employee) they are great to their employees. They pay really well and offer good health insurance for all employees that work 20+ hours per week. The food is amazing and different and it's so nice to know that people are being paid a living wage.

I LOVE Trader Joe's, but hearing this makes me love it even more.

Like someone else said, what's not to love about Trader Joe's?
