Hubby had a simliar problem with best buy. Cuz we did a payment by phone he went to use it but it was declined cuz the payment wasnt posted. But they charged him for what he didnt purchase plus fees! He called and complained and talked to a couple people. when they didnt wanna help he asked to speak to a manager in charge. Id call em back and get mean and demand to speak to their supervisor. If you have perfect payment hisotry with them they should be nice and waive it since its the first time it has ever happened! thats what my hubby did and got it sorted in the end talking to someone higher up. those people anger me the guy had an accent and i kept having to have him repeat himself and i hear him scoff and say something under his breath! I hung up and had hubby deal with it!
