Costco ~ Do they take foodstamp cards?

My hubby recently lost his job and we have applied for foodstamps. We will be getting $327/mo for our family of 5 and I need to be able to make this last all month. There are several items that we like there that I haven't found anywhere else and I like to get meat there. Does anybody know if they take the SNAP card?

I know Sam's Club doesn't, so I doubt Costco does, but hopefully someone can answer that knows 100%.

they might not. you can always call the store and ask them directly. Ive never shopped their before. so i have no clue!

I've found lots of articles from October-November 2009 that state that Costco will begin taking EBT nationwide, so I would say YES, but you call call your local store to verify. Stores that accept EBT should also have a sticker on the door, window, or near checkout that states forms of payment that they accept.

Yes they do! It's also on their website, so it should be all costcos

That's weird, I don't think ours does because I heard someone ask in front of me not all that long ago and the cashier said they didn't.
