Previously, I was an executive member, and have in my possession a check for $13.45. Are these transferrable? My name is not on the check, so I'm wondering if someone else is able to use it?
I believe only you can use it when you check out making a purchase with your card. Also, did you know that you can get the difference between that check amount and the extra you paid for the executive membership by going to the desk and asking for it? I was told this when I purchased my executive membership.

Really? I'm not sure that I understand... so my check was for $13, they'll pay the difference? Is that so I don't feel screwed for not even making my money back? haha
You can actually cash the check and they will give you cash. Last year I had a check for over $600 and I went through the check out with about $100 worth of stuff and I asked if they could give me the difference and she said she could give me the entire amount in cash if I wanted.
Is this your Amex check or your membership check? The Amex check you can cash in at the service desk.
If it is your annual membership check, your check value is less than the cost of your membership. They guarantee that if you don't get back your membership fee as an executive member (via the annual reward) then you get that diifference in money between the basic and the executive refunded (e.g., in your case $50-$13.50). Make sure you check it out. Executive membership is $100 and the regular $50 last I checked.
