Whole Foods ~ Bulk foods and prices?
Ok all you Whole Foods shoppers, I thought I'd gleen from your wisdom before I drive all the way over to the closest store. Who can tell me about the bulk foods at that store? Anyone have a general idea of what the prices are on their dry beans in the bulk section (per lb.)? I need to start eating a much healthier diet after my visit to the dr. yesterday. Need to make some lifestyle changes to keep myself healthy.
What other bulk foods are good prices there?
Anything you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Bulk foods and prices?
If you really wish a good deal on bulk foods and organic products, PM and I will tell how to join a Buying Club which is associated with United Natural Foods which is the company that Whole Foods and other stores purchases from.
You can join a Buying Club/Cooperative and save anywhere from 6 to 10% monthly.
Check out my info regarding United Natural Foods on Buying Clubs, etc. on the forum called "Stockpiling Guide Discussion..." and the sub-forum "Useful Information..." and my post called "Trying to find an organic farm, farmer's market, restaurant, grocery, or co-op?...? that is dated 06/25/09 and 07/01/09" for details. You can PM me for info also. We have a Buying Club/Co-op in the N VA area and order monthly.
Thanks,
