Gymboree ~ Can I return something I earned Gymbucks on if I already spent gymbucks?

So I placed an order it got here and I was on the fence about all the pants in the order because they were too big. So I spent my gymbucks on shirts only. Then a friend sent me a whole box of new pants in the right size! now I really want to return the pants I got from gymboree but I earned gymbucks on them and spent those gymbucks already.
So I dont know how that will work?

I don't know Gymboree's rules about returns and gymbucks...

But could you maybe exchange them instead?

Cant even exchange them as the size I have is too big and the next size down is too small. Thats why Im wondering how it will work with returning them. I know there are many ppl here who buy from gymbo all the time and should know the answer. I dont care to lose the discount I alreday spent or whatever just want to know what the policy is since Ive never had to return much there.

If you can't return them, I'd save them for next winter.

If you don't need them, you could always ebay them.

I would call Gymboree's 800 number or call your local store. They should be able to give you a straight answer. I'm sure it has happened before.

you CAN return them!! Since you've already redeemed the gymbucks it will not make a differnece. It will tell the SA to remove the Gymbucks. It's been about 6 months since I've worked there & I know the systems have changed a bit but I think this is still the same. I don't think you should have a problem.

Shouldn't be a problem. The only thing you might run into is them wanting to give you a merchandise credit instead of cash back.

You will be able to return them for the same amount that you paid as long as you have the receipt and as long as it has been within 60 days of purchase. It doesn't matter that you already spent the Gymbucks. They do not deduct anything when you make a return after GBs are spent. If it's been over 60 days then you will receive a merchandise credit. If you don't have the receipt you will also receive a MC. HTH
