Gymboree ~ Can I return something I earned Gymbucks on if I already spent gymbucks?

Theres not much Im returning so it would have only been one gymbucks worth anyway. But just wanted to be sure what the policy was first.

You will be able to return them for the same amount that you paid as long as you have the receipt and as long as it has been within 60 days of purchase. It doesn't matter that you already spent the Gymbucks. They do not deduct anything when you make a return after GBs are spent. If it's been over 60 days then you will receive a merchandise credit. If you don't have the receipt you will also receive a MC. HTH

This is true, although if you do an exchange you can keep your gymbucks you spent. Say you're returning $30 worth of merchindise, and $15 of gymbucks was spent on it, if you do an exchange you can keep the $15 to be used towards your exchange. Make sure to tell them you'd like to keep your GB's when you do an exchange. The register is not set up to automaticlly make the adjustment. The SA will have to enter a cirtificate amount, and the register will divide it up to each item just like a gymbuck.

In my experience, if you are exchanging for a different size in the same item, yes, you will most likely be able to keep the value of your Gymbuck. However, if you are trying to purchase a different item, even if it is the same price as the item being returned, it's totally up to the store associate & management if they will allow the GB discount to apply. There have been many times when I have been told that I would forfeit my GB discount if I wanted to return an item and purchase a different item & that it would be better to return without a receipt.
