Are you sure you get 13 and not just 10 for $25? The way I read the coupon is that you are buying 7 for $25 and get 3 for free - making it 10 for $25.

You are correct. It is not 10/$25 + an additional 3 free--it is only 10/$25. The non-coupon promotion is 7/$25, and the coupon is coded to give 3 extra pairs for free.
