Old Navy ~ Teenager=RUE 21

I wasn't sure where or if to post this...I figured if you shop at Old Navy, you mite have a teenager in the house.

There is a store down here called RUE 21...my DIL's fav store. As I drove by they add the 50% additional markdown on clearance. So-I went in for first time.

Glad I did...they had several $3 and $5 racks with summer shorts, tops and T-shirts...there were two racks with blue jeans-so, with the markdown they were $9. I thought that was a good deal because the jeans came with a belt too. They had lime green and bright orange tennis shoes for $6...and bins and bins full of girls undies for 99 cents (I really hesitate to call them undies, since they are the thong-things)

It looks like a fun store for teenagers...but definitely not for granma'

This store was in a strip mall here (S'port/Bossier, LA), but is likely found in the mall too.

I have a Rue21 here. When I was a teen, I would frequently buy their .99 panties (and they're not ALL thongs), but just a warning: You get what you pay for. They just deteriorated faster than anything. That being said, I had a pair of panties from VS that also ended in shreds. The longest lasting panties I have ever bought came from Express. I still have them ... they're just too small. Go figure.
