Week of 8/21 Deals

Looks like a good week to do part of the $20.00 kraft rebate found in the "Throughout the School Year" booklet. You need to buy 10 participating nabisco cookies or crackers, 5 participating kraft beverages and 5 easy mac singles.

The easy mac singles are onsale for 10/10.00 buy 5, use 2 $.55/2 and 1 b2g1 free.

Chips ahoy are onsale 3/$5, buy 6, use 3 $1.00/2 from the school year booklet

nabisco crackers are onsale 50% off so I am getting 2 trisuits (use $1.00/2 tearpad), 1 ritz bitz (use $1.00/1 printable), 1 wheat thins (use $1.00/1 printable)-i may substitue 1 nabisco 100 cal pack, onsale 2/$4.00 with a $1/1 printable

There are no sales on capri sun or koolaid jammers (which are the participating beverages), so I will wait until next week or get them at another store. These items do not need to be on one receipt. Looks good for the rest though.

Waldbaums does not take printable coupons.

If you have Waldbaums available you must be near a Pathmark also (they take printables).

Pathmark has a promo that works great for the Kraft/Nabisco rebate. If you buy 2 Capri Suns and 2 Nabisco Munch packs (multi-snack packs) the total is $8 (you have to buy it exactly like that or everything rings at regular sale prices - the extra 'combo' deal will not come off). You can only do it once per order. There are coupons for $2 off wyb 2 Capri Suns and 1 Nabisco Multi-pack - they're all over the place. So, it comes to $6 after coupon - and gets you 4 items for the rebate. About as good a price as I can scrounge up on the multi-packs (stocking up for school lunches and snacks). Waldbaums had this last week and I did it a couple of times.

Thanks Barb, In my furry of planning my trip, I totally forgot that Waldbaums doesn't take printables :-(. Thanks for t he reminder. I had planned on doing the pathmark deal as well. I'll just have to back a few times and do it :-)

This is completely off the Kraft/Nabisco deal but Waldbaum's has the Kashi Pizza on sale for 2/$7. So if you have the Kashi Pizza $3/1 coupon, that only makes it .50 cents a piece. I don't know how good the pizzas are but I definitely want to try them at that price.

LOL. If planning your shopping has already got you in a "fury," before you even get to the store, then, girl, maybe you shouldn't go! Or if you're "furry," then you probably shouldn't be headed to the grocery store, but the drugstore! LOL. ...It took me a moment or two to realize that maybe you meant to write "flurry" (what else could it be?)... I just kept thinking, why does this phrase sound both right and wrong at the same time? LOL.

For the Ritz Crackers, there's also a new coupon in today's inserts for a free Ritz Crackerfuls when you buy Ritz Crackers.

I called my local waldbaums today and they told me that they DID accept printable coupons. Somebody help! :)

Hi and welcome! I know the Waldbaums on long island by me do not accept printable coupons, but Pathmark does. Where are you from?
