    I want to know if i order a fresh turkey -i'm having 12-14 people so afraid to leave it to chance, will i have to pay more than the advertised price and what is a decent price on a fresh turkey?

    My mother is telling me do not do frozen-I usually have bought frozen but this is my first big Thanksgiving Day cooking in a looonnngg time

    If you had any good deals on GM products at your grocery stores recently hopefully you grabbed some Pillsbury pie crusts. There are IPs out for Lucky Leaf fillings and I think there are insert q's for some other fillings or if you do fresh fruits, then you should be able to get a decent deal on a pumpkin or apples.

    But if you want to buy already made pies, I'm not sure what your cheapest deal will be. If you have a trade school near you and they have a culinary arts program-try there.
