Ugh - went to Kuhns last night (Banksville Rd) and saw a sign saying PPG's are now $1 with each $5 purchase

Not sure if the same at all SNS but, the Bethel Store is always $1 and there's no minimum purchase required. They have them out early Saturday morning.

The one in West Mifflin (Century 3) charges full price (found that out the hard way :sad:)
