    DD3 Triples week of 5/1 - 5/7!!

    Hi,

I just checked my paper online in Queens and we are having triples next week.

I will try to post deal match-ups later! I'm excited but didn't see really great deals.

Taco Bell Dinner Kits - 2 for $4; some have $1 peelies on them..
Eggo Waffles 16 ct. - 2 for $5; there are .75/1 coupons out there which would make them .25 cents each

    Hope that helps :)

Bertoli sauce is $2, I have 60¢ coups, so that would be 20¢ a jar.
Need any coups for Friskies cat food. Canned or the $3.50 IP. Meow baby!

There are only a few WB's that double/triple in Queens right? So we must all be shopping at same/nearby stores :)

I didn't see anything particularly exciting from the ad. The other areas have super doubles, and I was hoping for that instead. But I do have some $0.72/2 Powerades that I missed the B1G1 sale. It think they are $1.19 each, so pretty cheap after triples.

There is the P&G promotion and the Kraft promotion but I don't have any less than $1 cpns that would double, much less triple.

I've already been and spent $107, all my coupons tripled (and some gave overage; Texas Toast Crouton, French's Mustard, Bertolli sauce) and I ended up paying just $12.82.

It looks as though for each 2 Ziploc bags that you buy - you get a $1.25 catalina from Ziploc - to be used on your next order.

Viva single rolls are just 0.04 after the 0.75/1 is tripled. Some unadvertised specials are the Texas Toast Croutons (they're 0.99), French's Mustard $1.50 and there are huge bonus bottles, Apple & Eve 3 pack apple juice $1.45. All these will be free with triples.

Great trip today - lots of overage - had to grab things and not use coupons on those items just so I wouldn't go negative. Stock was dwindling on some items (Viva, ziploc, Carolina, mustard), but I was able to get everything I went for. Received overage for all items where the shelf price was above the triple coupon amount regardless of what the sale price was.

This is only trip #1 - there will definitely be more to follow.

Shelf prices started out at over $103, after card discounts the subtotal went to $72, after my coupons my oop was $4.06, and $1 of that was tax. Plus rec'd $2.50 in OYNO cats.

    4 Carolina rice 1 1b. box Shelf $1.39 ea - .50/1 cpn = free
    4 Ziploc storage bags gln 15 ct Shelf $2.49 ea Sale $1.50 - .40/1 cpn = .30 ea
    4 Ziploc freezer bags gln 10 ct Shelf $2.49 ea Sale $1.50 - .55/1 = -.15 overage each
    4 Viva Shelf $2.59 ea - .85/1 cpn = .04 ea
    2 Apple & Eve organic apple 3 pk Shelf $2.19 ea Sale $1.50 - .50/1 cpn = free
    2 Apple & Eve apple 3 pk Shelf $1.45 ea - .50/1 cpn = free
6 Carolina rice mix packets asst Shelf .99 ea Sale .89 ea - .75/2 cpn = -.47 overage for each pair (don't quite know why, but rec'd all the overage even though shelf price for 2 would have only been $1.98 vs the $2.25 triple cpn value)
    1 Breyer's Disney yogurt 6 pk Shelf $3.29 ea Sale $2.50 - .75/1 cpn = .25 oop
    2 Frenchs Honey Mustard Shelf $2.19 Sale $1.50 - .75/1 cpn = -.75 overage for each
    1 Frenchs Yellow Mustard (bonus 40% bottle) Shelf $2.99 Sale $1.50 - .50/1 cpn = free
    2 Tabasco Haberno sauce Shelf $2.49 ea Sale $1.50 - .75/1 cpn = -.75 overage each
    2 Tabasco reg Shelf $1.99 Sale .99 - .75/1 cpn = $1.26 overage each
    2 Listerine pocket pack Shelf $1.89 ea - .50/1 cpn = .39 ea
    4 Bertolli sauce asst Shelf $3.99 ea Sale $2.00 - .60/1 - .20 ea
2 Keebler 100 cal. multipacks Shelf $3.79 ea Sale $2.50 no cpn (using overage)
1 Twizzler strawberry Shelf price $2.49 Sale $1.67 no cpn (using overage)

All in all I received $6.99 in overages
I also received 2 $1.25 OYNO cats (each set of 2 Ziploc freezer bags generated the cats - the storage bags do not produce the cat - there is a shelf tag about this deal at my local King Kullen)

Could have kept going but was called away from my shopping by my daughter's early dismissal from practice.

Also on my list to get were ...
    Hot Pocket Paninis Shelf price $2.99 - .75/1 cpn = .74 ea
Ortega items to use the .75/2 cpn (noticed taco seasoning packets were on sale for .89 so they should generate .47 overage per pair based on what happened above with Carolina rices - also saw taco sauce on sale for $1.79 ea and refried beans were also on sale though I have forgotten the price)
There's more in my coupon envie to be researched on later trips.

FYI I used the SCO at my store

    Some info ...

Check your Red Baron peelies - mine expired on 04/01

Fiber One pancake mix was $3.29 or $3.49 in my store (not 100% sure which)

Crisco olive oil - lowest price was $6.99 shelf price for one variety and $6.99 sale price for larger extra virgin olive oil

There is a similar .75/1 cpn for Criso canola oil with omega/3 the shelf price on that is in the $4 range

I bought 8 32-oz Powerade today, shelf price was $1.19. When I totaled that order, it took off $4.76 - which made them half price. I wasn't even aware there was any sale on them. Then used 4 0.75/2 and got a lot of overage for them. Will go back tomorrow and get a lot more.

Yes me too! I had a lot of q's left to use too - but my store doesn't let me get overage but it was still good for free (well, just tax) since I was expecting to pay $0.15 + tax each. (we're going to almost 9% in sale tax!)

Thanks Barb! I didn't have time to grab either the Ortega or the Carolina even though I clipped my q's. Didn't even check the shelf to see if it was in stock. Viva was definitely NOT in stock - probably the first thing that flew off the shelves. I don't have any Ziploc q's... sad... I'm running low too. The french's mustard is $1.69 here so not free with my $0.50/1 q.

My biggest gripe was this elderly cashier (and I knew it was going to be a problem) but no one else was open, I had 2 NSG checks that expired today and I had a $4.50/2 catalina. She refused to let me use the checks and the q (saying that they are all manufactures cpns) and then she said I could only use one of the checks - b/c it says one per purchase even though I bought 2 items. Basically she had a lot of excuses. And that she would just let me use 2 in one transaction is one time but next time it's "one per purchase". Sigh... why must they play these games? Granted I haven't ever used checks in conjunction with mfg cpns before since I need so much formula I don't have enough to spread around but I heard it's legit. NGS isn't a first choice of mine so I only really wanted it if it was much cheaper than the other 2 leading brands. Ended up paying $7 OOP for 2 concentrates.

She almost didn't let me use my A&E q's... b/c she thought it might be over the price. Clearly not happy with a couponer like me. Seriously - I only had 6 items.
