Since you asked how it sounds...
I think it's great that you are informing Sentry that their employees are making up their own rules, because that is just not right. However, I would probably cut out the scenarios, as they aren't too important to the email itself and are kind of confusing, especially to someone who might not use coupons regularly. Just focus on the problem - They advertise doubling 5 coupons, no where does it state the coupons must be different, and the store is making up rules for their convenience.
Also, even though you are understandably upset for good reason, I would probably cut out some of the attitude so you sound more reasonable and willing to work with the store. Of course, that assumes that you would like to shop there again (hopefully with cashiers and managers re-trained in coupon usage). But that's totally my opinion.
