ETA - I called the store and spoke with the SM (actually ONE of the woman that I spoke to last night who would NOT honor it). I mentioned called CS on her and she immediately offered me the credit on the items I purchased
So - LESSON LEARNED - CALL!! LOL.
Just curious....I've never dealt with ON cs before.
I went into our local ON this evening (about an hour away from home) around 7pm...
I saw sale signs up for the baby clothing on sale for $5 a piece. I picked up several pieces and headed toward the register.
They were no longer on sale. They (the cashiers) said it ended yesterday. I mentioned the fact that they still had sale signs up and it was 7pm this evening (almost 24 hours after the sale ended)
They admitted they forgot to take them down.
Anyways, they wouldn't honor it (I mentioned it a few times...a no go). Should I have said anything more? Just curious. I use my ON card quite frequently. It's not my fault they neglected to leave the sale signs up all day...
What would you have done. If anything? Just curious :smile77:

I think they should have. It was their mistake and a whole day after the sale is a long time for them to leave them up. I'm not a fan of their customer service though.

Have you checked your state laws? In some states it's the law that they have to give it to you for the price marked.

Old Navy is really lacking in the customer service department. I really think that they are on the way out this year unless something changes.
I would not have purchased the items as they should have honered the price. The same thing happened to me around Christmas time and they were very rude about the whole situation. I have not been back and may not ever.

Yes, they should have honored it. I have worked for Target and BBB and we ALWAYS honor a price that is marked wrong. I would complain.
