The Leekers in Park City does, not sure about the others....but I think so. I have noticed that depending on the cashier, some checker's will make it a point not to double coupons that say "do not double" on them. I get frustrated shopping there because I always end up seeing mistakes (not doubling, manually entered coupons not doubling) when I get out to the car. Just have to keep an eye on things when you're checking out.

I went to Checkers at Pawnee and K-15 and talked to customer service. They accept Internet Printed coupons but she said they wont double them. The one I showed her had DO NOT DOUBLE at the top though so I don't know if she meant just this one that specifically or all internet printed coupons in general.
On a good note, their banquet meals are 88 cents each...my teenager loves these and it's nice to have a quick easy to heat meals available for my DH to cook for my girls if I am at a scrapbooking crop! :) Anyway, there was a coupon in the 3/22 Dillons insert in the Eagle. It was $2 off 10 of them and I had 2 coupons. I got 20 meals for $13.60 before tax! Not a bad deal at all!
I went to the valley Center Leeker's last night. They do take internet coupons and they doubled them all for me. If I go to the Park City store I look for a young girl to check me out as they will usually double the coupons.
Some of the deals I found are:

Bliss Milk Chocolate - $0.50 after $1.00 coupon doubled (NOTE: this was a manager's special and my friends and I bought the 10 bags left on the shelf. I don't know if it will still be on special when they restock. It was also at the Valley Center store, not sure if it will be elsewhere.
