Anyone in NW Washington shop Haggen or Cost Cutter??

I was wondering if anyone shops Haggen or Cost Cutter in NW Washington. Everyone once in a blue moon they have a good deal. This week at Haggen they had ground beef for $1.49lb and Tillamook Cheese 2lb chuck for $3.99. Just wondering if anyone else had found a good deal there at all??

I posted this page last week with some specials and I thought I would update the deals for this week. Haggen has coupons in there ad for:
milk for $1.49 gallon
water $2.29 case
tortilla chips $.79
bananas $.33 lb

There are a few here and there Albertsons not taking competitor coupons has sent me to other stores were I have saved more. So I guess it was a good thing after all.
