Anyone find the Old Navy 15% off coupon for the week of 4/10-4/16

just got home from using my 50 off 100.. it worked great (no beeps or anything) and the cashier was amazed. he said no one has ever used one of those at that old navy.. they wanted to know how i got it and where it came from.. hope to get a 75 off next week!

I will NEVER bother with these coupons or Old Navy again.

I spent two hours last night staying up to 2 a.m. last night and got a 50/100. I go into the store this morning at 10:00 am (now, note, I only got the coupon at 2 am the night before. Store's only been open an hour, I think). I spend an hour shopping. Check out and the cashier says "this coupon has already been used." Yeah, no, it hasn't. I speak to the manager, who basically calls me a liar and says the coupon has been used. They are both rude (the manager actually told the cashier to "just don't..stop talking" because she was being so rude to me at one told). Both DH and I were/are very angry.

I called Old Navy customer service. He guy said that they've been having a lot of problems with these coupons. He said the week before last there were problems with the 50 and 75 off q's. He said he'll have to check and I *might* get a 25 off gc (and, yeah, NOT 50, which was the value of my coupon).

So, just wanted to say, I would not bother with this promo, guys. I spent about 4 hours getting this coupon/shopping/driving and it doesn't work. They are rude. They don't care. They know the promo has problems and they aren't making an effort to actually fix the coupons or give out new coupons worth the correct amount. I'm pretty much done with Old Navy.

yeah, don't count on that, even. I "got" a 50/100 several weeks ago and it printed with no barcode... called CS that night, right away; they promised they were sending a $20(or was it $25, don't remember it has been so long now) GC. well needless to say, I haven't gotten ANYthing from Old Navy. They said it would arrive in the mail in 7-10 days.

Can we use the 20% stuff and save discount going on this week with our $/$$ coupons? Does anyone know? The stuff and save info doesn't say it's not valid with other discounts or anything....

Yeah, I've been worried about that, carisal. I will try the complain and complain and call and call route. I have a call number for the first call I made. I'll call again on Friday and then start bombarding them. Frankly, if they do not send me a gc, I will truly never shop at ON again. In a real way, not just in a "I'm angry right now but will go back eventually" way. Heh.

Their clothes are pretty cheaply made for the price anyway, imo.

How are you guys finding the 75 and 50? My kids SO need some clothes and all I'm finding are 10%'s. I don't mind staying up, but its frustrating that I can't figure this thing out.
