Gymboree ~ Need advise on Gymboree Credit card

okay I got the Credit card and need some help/ advise I got a $25.00 sign up bonus, however when I purchase online I have to pay for the order and then mail the receipt off with the certificate and then they will deduct it from my bill.. so... any advise on when the best time to use this certificate?? I guess if I get my $25.00 Gymbucks after I spend the $50, I couldn't use the Gift cert. or how does that work?? I kind of was hoping it would work like a gift card towards anything but reading the fine print it sounds like they deduct my gymbucks ...any advise or is it better to go to the store and use it?? I don't have a store close, about an hr away but I could manage to get there one weekend and hopefully I'll get a good deal....I just wanna get the best deal I can ..lol... reps to any help.... If I remember correctly the $25 is basically treated like a $25 coupon, so it can not be combined with another coupon. Therefore the the best way to use it would be when they have 20% off all sale prices. That discount comes off automatically and you can still use your certificate. If you are making a big purchase, buy just enough for the certificate and then buy the rest in another transaction using a 20% coupon.
The online redemption as you describe it sounds totally silly. I can't believe they don't just give you an online code with this.
If I was you I would make the trip sometime. It's gymbucks earning time right now too. So, spend $50 and get a gymbuck for next time.
