I am unsure if the coupon is $10 off $10 or more, or how exactly it is worded. I am unsure if points "roll over" so to speak, but it appears as if they don't. We'll find out.

How does the place perks program work?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. For every 75 points you collect in US stores and online at childrensplace.com (less taxes, shipping and other discounts) from 2/10 - 12/31/09, we'll mail you a Place Perks Rewards coupon good for $10 off your next in-store purchase. Please allow 4-8 weeks from time of purchase for delivery of your $10 reward coupon by mail.
What are the rules of place perks membership? - The place perks membership card must be shown and scanned at the time of your in-store purchase for each qualifying purchase.
- For orders placed online at childrensplace.com, your billing address must match your address registered to your membership card at PlacePerks. The place perks membership number is not required online to earn rewards for online purchases.
- Membership is not transferable.
- Total spending is calculated net of returns, purchases of gift cards, discounts, shipping and sales tax.
- Previous purchases and purchases made with gift cards or merchandise credit do not qualify towards $75 threshold.
- Maximum place perks coupon rewards earned from 2/10-12/31/09 is a total of $300.00.
- Membership is limited to one per household.
- Membership is not valid in Canada or in Puerto Rico.
- Use of this membership card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, except where prohibited by law.
- The Children's Place reserves the right to change these policies or cancel this program at any time.
Can this place perks membership card be used in conjunction with other offers?
No. Place perks coupons can not be combined with any other coupon discount except PLACE credit card application discount.
How can my friends sign up?
This program is only being extended to a small number of customers exclusively by mail at this time, we may expand it in the future.
What if I lose my place perks card or forget to bring it with me?
Your place perks membership card must be shown at the time of your in-store purchase for the store associate to scan. However, if you have lost your card we can replace it by calling customer service at 1-877-PLACE-USA and a customer service associate will be happy to help you.
How often will my purchases be updated on the site?
Your purchases will be updated on the
PlacePerks site "my statement" page every week. You must first register your card at
PlacePerks! in order to track your rewards, and see when reward certificates have mailed.
How often will my place perks rewards coupons issued be updated on the PlacePerks site?
After you register your card at
PlacePerks, qualifying in store and online purchases will be posted once a week on Thursday beginning February 20, 2009. Go to My Account page to track your points.
