Corporate doesn't tell us how they determine who gets what % coupon, but the associates and I at my store guess that the people who come in and shop once during the season but spend lots (hundreds) get the 20%. Everyone else gets 10 or 15%. Remember, if you don't have a coupon, ask the associate when you check out. We are required to give you at least the 10% off if there is a coupon in effect. Most of us will give the 15%, especially on a larger purchase.

I'm glad to know why I got the 10% then! I was feeling a little sorry for myself, but I will still use it. I can't stay away from that store!
