Not sure about their coupon policy. BUT... They never have good sales. Even when an item there is "on sale" I can find it cheaper at Target, Winn Dixie and unfortunately Walmart. The only thing we have ever bought from there that is decently priced is their meat when it's on sale. This week hamburger is $1.48/lb. Don't get your hopes up... :(

One of their main polices is they do not accept IPs. They don't double (nor do they plan to). Every once in a while they will have some deals, but for the most part, their weekly sales suck. About the only thing that is cheap is milk, it runs about 3.89/gallon. Its over $4 at SWM & Winn Dixie. And they have a pretty big organic selection and push local products.
I'm surprised they're opening another store. rumor has it they plan on closing some of the stores in the area within the year....

I went to the opening in Youngsville Saturday. I stocked up on ribeyes, whole chickens, yogurt, and got the free eggs. That was about it. I didn't think their prices were that great for anything else.

I went Saturday to and talk about packed... Geez. The Cashier said they would not take IP's but she checked with someone else who then checked with the office and they did accept the IP's from My Coke Rewards. So I'm gonna guess this depends on what cashier you get. I don't live in Youngsville but plan to make a trip there once every couple of months to stock up on the "specialty items" like Hot Tamles I haven't had any sucess finding anywhere else. Anyway, glad to know there are people on hear around my parts.

I only go to Rouses to get sale items and rain checks for items they are out of. I never spend more than 8.00.

I'm in Lafayette too. I went the second day they were open and did well with their Grand Opening specials. But haven't been back since...

I got a flyer with a coupon for free bread and a bag of potatoes with a 10.00 purchase. Will get whatever meat and produce I see as a good deal to get to the 10.00

Well just an FYI--they have changed their coupon policy to now include IP's so thats a plus, they do tend to be a little pricer but I like their produce better than Winn Dixie and its still cheaper than Whole Foods.

Here is a link to the new coupon policy

if for some reason it doesn't work, go to rouses.com and click on weekly specials and it is at the bottom of the first page
