QUESTION Kuhn's Pillsbury Savorings - Which ones are Good?

Starting tomorrow Kuhns has these on sale for $2.50 - .75 MQ 11/2 SS or 12/7 SS makes them $1 each.

Have you tried these and which ones are good?

(I posted here because not too many people view the Kuhns forum)

    Many Thanks!!

I haven't tried them but alot of people on HCW said they are gross. I'm sorry I am not much help but after I read that I decided not to try them. Also they haven't been on sale anywhere I shop. They don't look very appetizing to me.

I have had them and they are very good.

Our favorite is the buffalo chicken one, but it is on the spicey/hot side

Only down side is there are not many per box.

*** ditto on the toaster oven note by XUfan, forgot about that.

I've only tried the spinach ones, and I liked them a lot! They browned better in my toaster oven than in the regular oven, and I cooked them for a few minutes longer than the directions called for.

We've brought 2 out of the 3 kinds to parties and everyone liked them. We have never tried the spinach version.

I Love them. The spinach is the best imo and I don't even like spinach really. There are not many in a box, but they are rich, you can not eat very many of them.

I like them as well. The pepperoni is very good. I tried the buffalo chicken once but it was too spicy for me and it didn't have enough chicken and too much sauce.
I haven't tried the spinach yet. I am not a big fan of spinach but after reading the other posts, I think I am going to give it a try.

IMO they are made for when you would like to treat yourself and/or the children. They aren't something you want to eat on a regular basis.

This is exactly how we use them. We keep them with the other frozen snacks (taquitos, cheese sticks, etc) and save them for nights when my husband and I are alone, watching basketball or a movie.

Many thanks :thanku6:to everyone who took the time to reply. My mom is having an open house on Sunday and, after coupon, they are cheaper to purchase than the bulk variety ones at Costco.

I love the crescent rolls and kinda figured they tasted like those but with a filling. Also thought I might stock up for playoff parties here in the neighborhood (GO STEELERS! ) as I am not much of a cook.

Thanks for the tips about the toaster oven and cook times!

I knew I could count on you guys!!
