A typical Sam’s Club stands between 110,000 and 130,000 square feet. Most locations feature Pharmacy, Tire and Battery, Photo, Bakery, Optical, Café and Floral departments.

How do I become a member?
Membership
"Becoming a Member at Sam’s Club is easier than ever. You can join online or visit your nearest Sam’s Club location.
The most three common types of Memberships are:
Advantage Membership $40 for a year long membership.
SAM’S CLUB Advantage Members enjoy warehouse Club savings and more!

• Advantage Membership Includes two annual Membership Cards - One for you and one for a household member over 18 years of age.
• Full shopping privileges at over 500 SAM’S CLUB locations nationwide for Home and Business - The Clubs are stocked with quality name-brand products.
  For Home, jewelry, tools, domestic housewares books, pet supplies, tires, special seasonal merchandise and more.

Does Sam's Club accept coupons?
No, according to other HCW members. I have contacted Sam's Club to get the official word and am waiting on a response.

What are Sam's Club hours?
Regular Club hours are:

• Monday through Friday, 10: a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Early hours for Business members:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

What type of payments are accepted?
SAM'S CLUB STORES accept SAM'S CLUB Credit, MasterCard, cash, authorized check, or Discover Card. Purchases made online at SAMSClub.com, must be paid for using SAM'S CLUB Credit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.

Extra Information:
- If you are interested in a membership, check with your place of employment. Some companies that have corporate memberships with Sam's Club offer discounted memberships to their employees. (thanks to pwetyplease for this tip!)

- Some Sam's Clubs have members-only gas stations at their stores. The gas prices are often noticeably lower than other gas stations in the area.

- Running low on time or not in the mood to shop? Sam's Club offers "Click N' Pull" shopping. Do your shopping online, the store will pull it for you and email you when it is ready. Simply pick up and pay for your order and be on your way!
