Wegman's to drop prices b/c of drop in oil and grain prices

Hi everyone,

I was listening to CBS radio this morning and the owners of Wegman's announced they would be dropping prices on products b/c the price of oil and grain is going down. They want to maintain customer loyalty and pass the savings along. We don't have Wegman's here in CA, but I thought I'd pass the good news along to those of you who do. More savings on the way soon!

Eyewitness News reported just now that Wegman's announced it will drop prices 20%!!

Hopefully this will encourage other grocery stores to do the same in an effort to be competitive and retain loyalty. Let's all hope!
