QUESTION Food Town ~ Has your store accepted IP's?

I have used them in the past at one store in Baytown. It seems as if the managers/cashiers make their own rules.

Beings they allow you to print coupons from a link on the hompage, I don't see how they cannot accept them.

I just fired an email off to corporate. Hopefully they will respond to one of us soon.

Can you please let me know which stores have accepted them?

I just spoke to Mitch at Gerlands Food Town in their district office and he said that all Food Town stores should be taking internet printed coupons. He said to ask for the store manager and drop his name if they say they do not take them. He recently went to the stores to train them on IP's.

Thanks, I went shopping today and had some Farmland q's they sent in the mail.

The cashier almost didn't take them because they were on computer paper. He turned them over and saw the watermark. He said I wasn't going to take these because we don't take computer printed q's.

This is the first time I have had a problem.

I go to the store located at Jones and West Rd and they told me that they do not accept IP's. I am going to try again and see what they say now.:shrug7:

I have used them at the West Baker (Baytown) location; the cashier usually has to ask a superviser for approval.

I just don't understand why we can't get a straight answer. I have called and emailed. They will not return my bazillion (okay not really but it's been a bunch) emails.

And when I call the store they say sure we do.

My store has taken them before but it seems as though they won't be anymore.

I wish they would tell me what the corporate policy is. I think I will be snail mailing a letter to them. Maybe that will help with a reply. I would love to have a copy of the policy.
