How do I redeem a coupon online? - Enter the promotion code in your online shopping cart and your discount will automatically be reflected in the cart. Please note that the promotion code cannot be combined with other promotion codes and cannot be used on past Joann.com purchases. Offers are limited to available online stock; no rain checks will be issued.

Where is my sales flyer? - If you have signed up to receive a sales flyer and have not yet received one, you may contact us at guest.services@jo-annstores.com or call us at 1-888-739-4120.

What coupons can I use on the website? You may use any coupon which states it is valid to be used on Joann.com. Some coupons are valid ONLY on Joann.com. Some coupons are valid on Joann.com AND Jo-Ann Stores. Please read the coupon detailed printed usage information. Can I use a store coupon on the website? At this time you may only use coupons which state they may be used online only OR state they may be used online AND in stores.
Can I print coupons from the website? We're sorry, you cannot print coupons from the website to use in stores.
Can I use two coupon codes on one order? We're sorry, you can NOT use two coupons or promotion codes on one order.
Why won't my coupon code work? - If your coupon does not seem to be working, please check the following:
- Did you type in the coupon code exactly as it appears?
- Has the coupon expired? Or, is the coupon not yet active?
- Is the coupon able to be used on Joann.com or is valid in stores only (please read the coupon detail copy to determine)?
- Are you trying to use the coupon on an item which is excluded from coupon usage? To determine if you can use a code on the item you are purchasing please:
- Review the coupon exclusion language
- Review the product copy for an exclusion note

Can I get a rain check for an out of stock item? We're sorry, we do not offer rainchecks.
Sale price timing - Sale prices change regularly. Our customer care professionals cannot provide future sale prices.

Price adjustment policy - Joann.com will offer a price adjustment for Joann.com advertised products for 7 days from the date your order ships. Seasonal items do not qualify for price adjustments.
