So, I can buy 6 Revlon products, get 3 free, use the 3.5coup, and then use 6 Revlon coups on top of that?? I've never used coupons there, so I don't know their policy on b1g1 sales.

I'm unsure if Ulta will allow the coupons to be used on the "free" items, but, you can use at least 3 of them, that I'm sure of! Just make sure to make your Revlon purchases (the 3 you pay for) to equal/be more than $10 so that you can use the $3.50 coupon. I'm sorry I don't know complete answer to your question!! I've never tried to use a coupon on an item I'd essentically get for free!
